Team & spending limits

Managers see and manage everything. Employees can book and change their own trips, within an optional monthly allowance. Travellers have no login — you book for them. New logins get an email to set their own password.

Monthly statements

All trips are paid by card when booked. Card receipts come from our payment provider; this statement lists every trip for your records and expense reports.

VAT invoices & credit notes

Monthly statements →

Every confirmed trip gets its own VAT invoice. A change that costs more gets an extra invoice; a change that costs less, or a refund, gets a credit note. Open one to print it or save it as a PDF.
