What executive class includes
A late-model premium saloon or, for larger parties, a V-Class style executive MPV. Drivers in business dress, meet & greet with a name board at airports and stations, bottled water, phone charging and a quiet cabin to work in. Waiting time and route changes on the day are handled by phone with one point of contact, and every trip is confirmed in writing with the driver's details the evening before.
Who books an executive car
Business travellers & PAs
Airport and inter-city transfers for directors, visiting clients and candidates, booked by a PA or travel manager against a monthly account with a single itemised invoice.
Roadshows & as-directed hire
A car and driver for the day or half day — investor roadshows, site visits, conference days — priced by the hour with mileage included.
Weddings & events
Executive saloons for wedding parties, award dinners and race days, with ribbons and multiple pickups arranged in advance.
Executive fares
Executive class is typically 35–45% above the saloon fare on the same route — for example London to Manchester executive from around £620 against £335 for a standard saloon, Heathrow to central London from around £95. Every journey is quoted as a fixed price; hourly as-directed hire is available with a four-hour minimum. Use the route pages for the saloon fare and ask for the executive quote when you book.
Business accounts
Account clients get a dedicated booking line, bookings by email with itinerary and PO references, cost-centre coding on invoices, and monthly settlement by BACS or card. Travel policies — preferred vehicle class, maximum waiting time, who may book — can be set on the account. See corporate travel for details.
