Who you are booking with
Taxi On The Go is a booking agent. Every journey booked here is carried out by our operator, Rushxo — a registered trading name of Get London Transfer LTD, licensed by Transport for London as a private hire operator under licence number 11588. That means the car, the driver and the insurance sit under a licensed operator, and you can check the licence yourself on the TfL register.
We say this plainly on every page rather than burying it, because two brands sharing one licensed operator is an ordinary arrangement and there is no reason to be coy about it. What is ours is the corridor: the local knowledge, the pickup points, the fares for these specific towns, and the phone that gets answered.
Why a local brand and not just a national one
National booking platforms price every journey the same way, from a distance. That works until the details matter — which entrance at Bluewater, which end of Chislehurst High Street, the fact that Biggin Hill has a Kent postcode but is in the London Borough of Bromley, the fact that the first Stansted train is no use for a 6am flight. Those are the things that go wrong, and they are local.
How the price works
Every fare is for the whole car, not per person, and is fixed when you book. Tolls, the Dartford Crossing charge where the route uses it, the Blackwall and Silvertown tunnel charges and airport drop-off charges are inside the price. There is no booking fee, no night surcharge and no bank-holiday uplift. Airport pickups are tracked against your flight number and include the first hour of waiting after landing.
