London Bridge station, Guy’s Hospital and the Shard
London Bridge is the fourth-busiest station in Britain and its taxi rank on St Thomas Street is short, fed by two Tube lines and Thameslink, and routinely empty after a delayed last train. We collect from the Tooley Street side or the St Thomas Street side, whichever your platform exits onto, and the driver texts the plate and pickup point while you are still on the concourse. For Guy’s Hospital the collection point is the Great Maze Pond entrance unless you tell us a ward; discharge times move, so we hold the car rather than the clock. The Jubilee and Northern lines run all night only on Fridays and Saturdays, and the Thameslink core does not run at all overnight.
