A car beats the rail route from Swanley to Gatwick
Swanley station is well connected, but not to Gatwick. Thameslink runs from Swanley through Bromley South to Blackfriars and St Pancras, and to reach Gatwick you would change at Blackfriars or London Bridge for a southbound Thameslink service.
