Taxis to Chatham Historic Dockyard, Dockside Outlet and the Medway campus
The Dockyard's visitor entrance is on Dock Road, opposite the Main Gate car park, and that is where we drop by default; for the Command of the Oceans galleries or a function in the Commissioner's House, say so and the driver will take you round to the nearest gate. Evening events – the Christmas illuminations, the Salute to the '40s weekend, film screenings, weddings in the Ropery – tend to finish together, and a car pre-booked for a set time on Dock Road beats joining the queue out of the car park.

Chatham station, the Pentagon and the hill estates
Chatham station sits on Railway Street at the bottom of the hill with Southeastern to Victoria and the high-speed service to St Pancras. The forecourt is tight, so the driver will normally wait on Railway Street or by the bus station on Globe Lane – we tell you which in the confirmation text. Trains are tracked, so if the 22:47 from Victoria is running late the driver simply arrives later.

Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton and London City are all quoted as one number that includes the airport's own drop-off fee, the Dartford Crossing where it is used and the ULEZ where the route touches London. Dover's Western Docks cruise terminals are from £58 – the M2 and A2 all the way, roughly an hour – and we will match the collection to the ship's disembarkation time on the way home. Do you pick up from the Historic Dockyard after evening events?
We do. Agree a time and the driver waits on Dock Road by the visitor entrance rather than inside the car park, which clears slowly after the Christmas lights or a concert. Group vehicles up to eight seats can be booked for parties coming from Maidstone or Dartford.
What is the Chatham to Heathrow fare?
From £118 for a saloon including the £6 terminal charge. Daytime the driver uses the A2, Crossing and M25 to Junction 15; overnight the Blackwall Tunnel and M4 is often faster. Give it 80 to 115 minutes and tell us the terminal.
Where does the driver wait at Chatham station?
Usually on Railway Street outside the entrance, or by the bus station on Globe Lane if Railway Street is blocked – the confirmation text says which. We track Southeastern and high-speed arrivals so a delayed train does not affect your fare.
How much is Chatham to Dover cruise terminal?

Do you cover Walderslade, Lordswood and Luton?
All of ME5 is covered at the Chatham rate. Walderslade and Lordswood to the station are from £7 to £8, Luton and Wayfield from £6, and airport fares from those estates are the same as from the town centre.
Can students at the Medway campus book a luggage run?
Yes – Pembroke to Chatham station is from £6, Ebbsfleet International from £22 and Central London from £72. An estate or MPV takes the extra boxes at term start and end, and payment by card in the car is fine.
